This report is derived from examining material based on a criteria of evidence from the categories listed below. The report will analyze this matter as a cold case murder investigation. The criteria of evidence was introduced to the American Academy of Science in 2004. The Jesse James assassination case was tested against the following categories.
Authentication of Material Evidence Artifacts Affidavits Appraisals Provenance DNA Results Chain of Custody Expert Testimony Physical Evidence Handwriting Analysis Historical Documents Genealogical Connection Facial Recognition Software Peer Review The evidence concludes that Jesse James faked his death. The murder victim was a cousin to Jesse James, an outlaw know to pose as Jesse in his robberies. The analysis shows three separate M.O.’s, three unique physical descriptions and three distinct personalities. This analysis positively identifies the three subjects. The victim, perpetrator and co-conspirator. This criteria of evidence was offer as a model to standardize investigations in the forensic community. AAFS announced efforts to standardize forensic labs using these criteria of evidence. The evidence is clear and weighted. The 1882 murder is an open case. Jesse W. James faked his death . Someone was murdered in his place. That murder is the great mystery here. This report solves that question and many other issues, once and for all. |
